Conversion & Activation Agent I CFDs Industry I Uruguay Market

We are looking for a Conversation & Activation Manager to connect with prospects, activate them into engaged users, and retain them as loyal customers. In this role, you will handle the full lifecycle from initial outreach to onboarding, conversion, and long-term relationship management, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for Spanish and Portuguese clients. You will use a mix of cold calling, targeted campaigns, and direct engagement to drive measurable business results. Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams, you will turn conversations into conversions.What will you do:Lead Engagement & Cold Calling Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and messaging in French and English.Qualify leads and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions.Maintain an active pipeline of potential clients and follow up consistently. Activation & Conversion Guide new users through onboarding, account setup, and product adoption.Educate customers about product features and benefits to encourage first-time usage.Implement targeted activation campaigns to increase engagement and conversion rates. Collaboration & Reporting Work with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and promotions.Provide feedback from customer interactions to inform product improvements.Track KPIs for engagement, conversion, and retention, and report on progress. What makes you a good fit: Minimum 1 years of experience in customer engagement, activation, or sales roles.Native or fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written). Portuguese is an advantage.Proven track record in cold calling and converting leads into paying customers.Experience in Fintech Industry.Strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
