El Senior KAM será responsable de gestionar, retener y potenciar la relación estratégica con las cuentas clave en Uruguay. Su objetivo principal es maximizar el volumen de ventas, mejorar la eficiencia operativa de los partners y asegurar una experiencia de cliente excepcional a través de la consultoría basada en datos.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Liderar la relación comercial con los principales grupos gastronómicos y franquicias del país.

  • Renegociar contratos, comisiones y acuerdos de exclusividad o visibilidad, asegurando la rentabilidad mutua.

  • Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing y promociones exclusivas

  • Trabajar junto a los restaurantes para mejorar su presencia digital

  • Identificar áreas de expansión para los partners

  • Mínimo 3-4 años en roles comerciales,
  • Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas de visualización de datos (Tableau, Looker o Salesforce).
  • Fuerte capacidad de negociación, comunicación asertiva, resiliencia y orientación a resultados.
