Nuestra central opera las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, garantizando atención continua a nuestros clientes. Nos encontramos en crecimiento y buscamos incorporar a un/a Team Leader, FULL TIME para el área de Operaciones, un rol clave para coordinar equipos, optimizar procesos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.
Tareas a desempeñar
- Liderar, acompañar y organizar al equipo operativo para alcanzar los objetivos definidos.
- Analizar métricas diarias, semanales y mensuales para detectar oportunidades de mejora en eficiencia, productividad y calidad del servicio.
- Mapear procesos operativos y proponer mejoras continuas con foco en optimización, automatización y escalabilidad.
- Coordenar entrenamientos, brindar feedback efectivo y desarrollar al equipo con foco en performance.
- Elaborar reportes y presentaciones de KPIs clave (productividad, tiempos operativos, calidad, eficiencia).
- Colaborar con otras áreas (Operaciones, Tecnología, Marketing, Calidad) para impulsar mejoras y potenciar resultados.
- Mantener un clima laboral positivo, motivar al equipo y actuar como referente de la cultura operativa.
Perfil valorado
- Experiencia previa como supervisor/a o líder de equipos operativos o administrativos (mínimo 2 años).
- Conocimiento del rubro de servicios de asistencia, seguros o similares (excluyente).
- Capacidad analítica para interpretar métricas y gestionar indicadores de performance.
- Manejo de Excel intermedio/avanzado; se valorará el uso de Power BI, CRM o herramientas de automatización.
- Perfil proactivo, resolutivo y con fuerte orientación a resultados.
- Habilidad para motivar, inspirar y desarrollar personas.
- Excelente comunicación, escucha activa y manejo profesional del feedback.
