En Bunker estamos buscando un/a HR Junior Generalist para sumarse a una compañía de tecnología y marketing con presencia en más de 25 países, y colaborar en la gestión y mejora continua de nuestros procesos de People & Culture.
Buscamos a alguien con ganas de aprender, organizar y ejecutar, que disfrute del trabajo en equipo, tenga sensibilidad por las personas y curiosidad por cómo la data, la comunicación y la cultura se combinan para construir entornos de trabajo con propósito.
Responsabilidades:
Acompañar procesos de onboarding, asegurando una experiencia de ingreso fluida y cercana.
Colaborar en las acciones de cultura y clima, desde la planificación hasta la ejecución.
Dar soporte en procesos administrativos de HR.
Participar en procesos de reclutamiento: publicación de vacantes, coordinación de entrevistas y seguimiento con candidatos.
Mantener actualizada la información en nuestras herramientas de gestión .
Apoyar la comunicación interna y las iniciativas.
Generar reportes y colaborar en proyectos de mejora de procesos del área.
Nos gustaría que cuentes con:
Ser estudiante intermedio o avanzado de Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Administración o carreras afines.
Contar con al menos 1 año de experiencia (o pasantía) en roles similares de HR, People u Office Management.
Buen manejo de herramientas digitales y ganas de aprender sobre HR Tech (Humand, Recruitee, Google Workspace, etc.).
Empatía y vocación de servicio, con foco en acompañar y generar confianza.
Capacidad de organización y atención al detalle, sin perder la mirada global.
Proactividad y disposición para colaborar con diferentes áreas.
Curiosidad y ganas de aprender en entornos ágiles y cambiantes.
Habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
Resolución de problemas con enfoque proactivo.
Inglés intermedio (deseable).
