Responsabilidades:

  • Brindar información clara y actualizada sobre las cuentas por cobrar a la empresa.
  • Participar activamente en las contabilizaciones de pago, conciliación bancaria y contabilización de documentos.
  • Producir y proporcionar análisis sobre el desempeño financiero para el país y las partes interesadas clave.
  • Contacto con entidades bancarias a diario para el procesamiento de solicitudes de clientes y pagos en línea.
  • Promover la mejora continua en los procesos de cuentas por cobrar.
  • Cumplir con los requisitos relacionados con los controles internos y externos

Es indispensable para esta posición:

  • Licenciatura / estudiante avanzado de contabilidad / administración
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar con contrato de duración determinada de 1 año.
  • SAP: nivel intermedio (no excluyente)
  • MS Office: nivel intermedio
  • Será deseable tener experiencia previa en puestos administrativos.
  • Trabajo en equipo y bajo presión
  • Empatía y adaptabilidad
