Description

Sabre is looking to hire a Short term Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Montevideo, Uruguay This Recruiting Specialist will get the opportunity to recruit and serve as a talent consultant for various business units across Latin America. You will also have exposure to working with our global talent acquisition team.

This is a hybrid role based out of our office located in Zonamerica. 

Role and Responsibilities
 
What will you achieve?
 

Full lifecycle recruiting experience with technical roles to include sourcing, scheduling, screening, administering technical assessments, creating and extending offers and more

Partner with local HR business partners on recruiting strategy, headcount, internal moves and country specific hiring processes

Ensure recruiting strategy delivers the ideal talent for our hiring needs

Lead recruiting processes and provide guidance on quality hiring decisions

Represent Sabre by offering a great candidate experience while managing stakeholder expectations throughout the recruiting process

Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition teams on process improvement projects

A successful candidate will have:

Minimum 3 years’ experience full lifecycle recruiting to include sourcing, selecting talent and owning the offer process

Experience with technical recruiting is highly preferred 

Experience hiring across Latin America is a plus

Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

Successful relationships partnering with HR teams

Understanding of hiring processes unique to Latin America

Strong influential skills to guide teams to make ideal hiring decisions

Self-starter, takes direction well and passion for the technology & travel industries

Ability to work autonomously in a virtual work environment

Experience using an ATS, Workday familiarity is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an advanced level in English

Good multi-tasking and organizational skills
