  • 6 Months Contract

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Build deep partnerships with hiring managers and teams across departments to understand business needs and team dynamics while providing high quality consultation on recruitment strategies and challenges
  • Identify opportunity areas to improve speed to hire and quality of talent.
  • Capable of delivering results in a fastpaced environment with high job requisition demand, with strong commitment to improving processes and time to hire
  • Building a data driven approach to recruiting and aligning this globally

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Previous experience working within a Talent Acquisition function owning fulllife cycle recruitment will be valued.
  • Be able to use data to make informed decisions, adapt and improve processes.
  • Able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment across multiple time zones
  • Culturally sensitive and aware—we're proudly multinational and our strength comes from the ability to leverage this diversity
  • Fluency in English verbal and written.
