Revenue Manager

As a tech-based company, and 24/7 contactless service, we're ensuring guests from all over the world get the stay they deserve.
Today we are running in 5 countries.Responsibilities (non-concluding):
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise revenue for our holiday homes.
- Regularly analyse property performance and market trends to adjust pricing strategies.
- Coordinate pricing efforts with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimise revenue.
- Monitor and manage distribution channels to ensure rates are competitive and aligned with revenue goals.
- Prepare revenue performance reports and present analysis and recommendations to company stakeholders.
Requirements for the role:
- Wellspoken English, other languages are a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of revenue management experience, preferably in the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
- Ability to work under pressure being calm and composed
- Detailoriented individual with a strong focus on quality and an eye for detail
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work remotely
