What will you achieve?
The Product & Technology Consultant will be a member of the Global Accounts Technology team within Sabre's Strategic Programs & Services organization and is responsible for the operations of Global Accounts within their region.
The Product & Technology Consultant provides extensive, highly structured consultative support across a broad range of disciplines and across multiple countries or regions.
Establishes and employs sales techniques and operational best practices in delivering consultative support, including problem identification, client training and deployment.
Ensures close coordination of efforts with sales, account teams & peers, including strategic product & technology programs, renewal and conversion processes, acquisitions, global expansion, and RFP responses.
Provide an effective escalation path minimizing customer disruption & ensuring timely resolution to customer queries.
Effectively balances their resources across complex multiple projects and locations to ensure customer needs & expectations are met.
Determines the viability of customer-driven requests for computer-related systems, third party tools and connectivity solutions including front, mid and back-office tools.
Works with customer technology personnel to ensure a smooth migration from other GDS systems to Sabre, including any integration of third-party technologies

Must Have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Studies, Travel & Tourism, or related field, and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a technology consulting-related occupation
- Product, Technology and Operational experience with Multinational Corporate & Leisure Travel Agencies.
- Client management.
- Process optimization & solution design consulting.
- Deep Sabre product & technology domain expertise.
- Project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones & cultures (remote teams & customer contacts).
