What you will do:
- Always be uptodate with the cuttingedge technology;
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various ITcompanies;
- Become a product expert and constantly grow.
Requirements:
- Fluent English;
- Experience in Technical/Customer Support;
- Strong troubleshooting skills;
- Technical background related to networking (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking);
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity, working experience with ISP;
- Customer oriented and responsible attitude.
Will be a great plus:
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM system;
- Experience with engineers;
- Technical background.
