Job Description:

Sportradar is a sports data partner to the top leagues and federations around the world including the NBA, MLB, FIFA and UEFA. Our Production Content Operations is responsible for collecting, producing, and distributing sports data (pre-, live-, and post-match). Our Production is set up internationally across multiple locations globally including thousands of scouts responsible for executing the data collection processes. Every year, we cover over 900,000 events across 93 different sports.


We are looking for a
Sports Data Specialist **who will be at the heart of daily sport data production operations globally.

You will become an expert on how our operations run and ensure that our standards & workflows are met to the highest standard.

Your role will be to oversee the daily operations by identifying and focusing on the priority sport programm recognizing the operational challenges.

You support our teams by coordinating & aiding the decision-making processes between the teams & units.

THE CHALLENGE

  • Being part of the highly skilled team of specialists who focus on overseeing and coordinating the daily Production operations
  • You will be visible and support our Production teams in daily operations
  • You are an important link between different teams and product units to ensure high quality
  • Recognizing and acting to remove challenges within Production to ensure our services are in compliance with policies
  • Identifying and focusing tasks on priority sport content
  • Enforcing most important areas of Production standards
  • Being able to organize and host meetings and workshops
  • Analyzing and summarizing Production incidents
  • Compiling reports to Production Management
  • Working on ad hoc production related projects

YOUR PROFILE

  • High interest in various sports and a large sporting knowledge
  • Good understanding of sports betting market and its products
  • Experience from Support, Customer Services or other type of coordinative role, ideally within sports or betting industry
  • Project Manager experience is considered as a plus
  • Able to use initiative to drive progress and overcome blockers
  • Possess strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong work ethics and hands on approach to get things done
  • Able to identify and focus on priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentiation skills both in verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and interest of working with new technologies
  • Flexibility to work around the sporting calendar (we work when sports happen from Monday to Sunday)
