What you'll do:

  • Define and execute an overall retention & engagement plan to reduce churn rate considering customer behavior, markets and products.
  • Manage omnichannel communication strategy to increase engagement rate with our user base.
  • Implement a communication strategy to increase repurchase, cross selling and upselling rates of Astropay products.
  • Analyze the current performance and generate ideas on how to improve our Loyalty program.
  • Backup ideas and influence decision making with quantitative, qualitative data and customer segmentation analysis.
  • Become a retention advocate and offer support and advice across the team on retention and engagement.

What you'll need:

  • An engineering or business degree is nice to have.
  • A creative mindset is nice to have.
  • English is a must, Spanish is nice to have.
  • Previous experience working in Retention & Engagement related roles.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to clearly communicate results and recommendations, both verbally and in written formats.
  • Results oriented with focus on continuous improvement.
  • Customer centricapproach.
  • Great attitude towards challenges and solving problems.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Amplitude, Looker or similar.
  • Must enjoy working in an agile environment and be a team player.
