The Commercial Operations Senior is part of a team dedicated to revolutionizing our Commercial models and operations. We are seeking an independent individual with strong interpersonal skills, a curious mindset, and the drive to advance their career.

If so, an exciting opportunity awaits you within the Commercial Operations and Planning Organization at Sabre. As a key member of the Airline Distribution Commercial Operations Team, your contributions will play a vital role in shaping the execution and implementation of current and future Commercial Agreements and Programs between Sabre and Participating Carriers.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for executing signed GDS Air Commercial Agreements.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sabre and Participating Carriers.
  • Interpret and clarify commercial terms and conditions outlined in Distribution Agreements between Sabre and Participating Carriers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable directives.
  • Create initial Business Requirement Documents, conduct readouts to present requirements to business systems teams, and secure final approval.
  • Participate in the planning and execution phases of Airline Distribution Commercial Operations projects and programs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment and understanding of responsibilities for executing Airline Distribution Commercial Operations projects and programs.
  • Develop and maintain templates for documenting business requirements.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of contract executions and apply insights to future implementations.
  • Provide support to Program/Project managers and project stakeholders.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Prior work experience as a business analyst or in roles related to sales operations, sales support, Billing Analyst, Business Analyst, and operational support within a business-to-business commercial environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to summarize information for executive consumption and deliver compelling presentations.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with tools like QlikView, Salesforce, Business Objects, Rally, or Sabre Red 360 is advantageous.
