Functional Expert Transport Management

Principales objetivos de la posición:
Responsable del diseño e implementación de soluciones innovadoras en las operaciones.
Impulsar mejoras tecnológicas, que permitan automatizar y digitalizar los procesos end-to-end del proceso de Gestión de Transporte, asegurando la armonización e implementación digital de los proyectos globales y locales.
Liderar proyectos de transformación de las operaciones de Transporte, tomando ventaja del uso de la tecnología para lograr procesos más eficientes.
Responsabilidades de la gestión:
- Optimizar los procesos de la cadena de suministro (foco en las operaciones de gestión de transportes) con respecto a las soluciones de TI.
- Generar análisis de impacto y desarrollar cambios en el sistema SAP.
- Involucra de manera proactiva a las comunidades digitales para garantizar el despliegue de procesos definidos a nível mundial o regional.
- Monitorear y corregir problemas con las interfaces entre las aplicaciones de BASF y nuestro sistema de Gestión.
- Capturar y estructurar todos los requerimientos operativos regionales en cuanto a herramientas y aplicaciones de TI, validando y solicitando proyectos
- Manejar múltiples proyectos a la vez, lidiar con la ambigüedad y rápidamente
- Apoyar proyectos de fusiones y adquisiciones del punto de vista de sistemas y sus interacciones.
- Realizar pruebas de sistemas SAP ad hoc para procesos de TM (Transport Management), P2P (Purchase to pay) and OTC (Order to Cash).
Requerimientos:
- Carrera universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o Relaciones Internacionales.
- 10+ años de experiência en Cadena de Suministro, logística u operaciones de transporte.
- Dominio del inglés. Se valorará el portugués.
- Conocimiento de los procesos de la Cadena de Suministro, foco en la compresión de las operaciones y las necesidades de los negocios. Nível avanzado en MS, Excel y Power BI. Manejo y Liderazgo de Proyectos de digitalización y automatización de procesos.
- Sólida base y comprensión del sistema SAP. Se valora el conocimiento de las respectivas funcionalidades referentes a Transport Management (TM), Purchase to pay (P2P) y Order to Cash (OTC).
- Capacidad de liderazgo lateral, excelentes dotes de comunicación, gran capacidad de organización, trabajo en red, capacidad de negociación, gestión de clientes internos. Capaz de aplicar una sólida experiência en gestión de proyectos y habilidades de comunicación para resumir eficazmente los problemas y colaborar en las soluciones.
- Conocimiento en Power Apps (valorado).
