Talent Management SA Specialist
Main Goal of the Position
Responsible for developing and implementing the BASF Talent strategy, enhancing processes and organizational growth across the Americas through innovative solutions and best practices within their field of expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Play a crucial role in implementing and evolving the BASF talent strategy for the region.
- Identify the need for updates to existing solutions and the creation of new ones.
- Design, execute, and oversee programs aligned with the Talent Strategy, offering guidance and leadership in technical areas as needed.
- Act as a central point of contact for advising and training on Talent best practices and trends, both within and outside BASF.
- Provide functional leadership as necessary.
- Establish strong partnerships with regional stakeholders, understanding business needs and collaborating with leaders to develop and assess the impact of talent solutions.
- Analyze inter-company dynamics, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize processes across the Americas.
- Evaluate operations for enhanced goal achievement, ensuring efficiency and compliance with quality standards.
- Contribute expertise to talent strategy development, projects, and program management.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Psychology, International Relations, Human Resources, Administration, or related field. Postgraduate studies are a plus.
- Work Experience: 5-7 years in general administration, project management, learning & development, or human resources.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English & intermediate/advanced Portuguese.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities.
