**Description**:
The Bespoke Learning Specialist will assist the Global Learning Solutions department to provide bespoke training to clients around the world. The Bespoke Learning
** **Specialist reports to the Director -Bespoke Learning Solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate** **bespoke trainings for on-site and online events for global clients.
- Interview and select the appropriate trainer to fulfil client training requests.
- Confirm training logistics with trainers and account managers.
- Work within specific timeframes for completion of materials.
- Follow defined processes to document trainings as workplace events in UCMS.
- Provide a training summary to the account manager following the training session.
- Host online webinars or record archived sessions, based on client requests.
- Create content for bespoke learning events, standard topics and orientations.
- Consult with clients about their training needs.
- Create content for bespoke learning events.
- Liaise with local trainers to ensure that training is effectively localized.
- Ensure that translation of presentations complies with the WPO Translation Policy.
- Facilitate standard and bespoke training sessions
- Manage bespoke learning projects as part of WPO’s promotional campaigns.
- Achieve a 98% error free rate for all items completed for distribution at client locations.

- Expertise in establishing & maintaining data quality standards.
- Ability to problem solve - quickly and creatively.
- Ability to multi-task, managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Demonstrated collaborative orientation and experience working with internal and external customers.
- Strong overall communications, presentation, facilitation and diplomacy skills.
**Required Education/Qualifications**:
- Master’s Degree.
- Experience working in the space of mental health.
Flexibility to work in a variety of time zones.
- Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication skills, in English, both written and verbal, including sensitivity to working with individuals of different languages and levels of English proficiency.
- Appreciation for cultural diversity.
- Demonstrate exceptional technical skills and be highly proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Office 365, and eLearning/LMS systems preferred.
- Languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese are preferred languages.
