Communication Business Partner

**Principales objetivos de la posición**:
Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de comunicación en las diferentes Service Delivery Units que se alineen con los objetivos y metas de la empresa, comprendiendo las necesidades de comunicación de la empresa y creando planes de comunicación eficaces y coherentes en las diferentes áreas.
**Tareas principales**:
- ** Colaboración empresarial**: Apoyar a las diferentes áreas del hub, involucrando estrategias personalizadas e implementación de programas e iniciativas. Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para mejorar la comunicación dentro de las Service Delivery Units y la organización.
- **Comunicaciones ejecutivas**: Apoyo a las comunicaciones ejecutivas para los directivos y el equipo de liderazgo.
- ** Planificación de eventos**: Dar soporte en la ejecución de eventos locales, desde la planificación a la realización y las comunicaciones posteriores al evento.
- ** Canales de comunicación interna**: Apoyo para asegurar los diferentes canales de comunicación, liderando el equipo focal de comunicación en las diferentes Service Delivery Units. Mantener actualizado el sitio web de la intranet.
- ** Coordinación**: colaboración con proveedores externos (diseñador, proveedores de merchandising, fotógrafo).
- ** Medición y elaboración de informes**: Seguimiento y análisis de la eficacia de las estrategias de comunicación en los equipos. Presentar informes periódicos al equipo directivo.
- ** Apoyo y alineación dentro del equipo**: Trabajar junto con los diferentes miembros del equipo, apoyando los diferentes roles en la ejecución de las actividades y el éxito del equipo.
**Requisitos mínimos de formación y calificación para el puesto**:
- Licenciatura en Comunicación, Marketing o un campo relacionado.
- De 5 a 7 años de experiência en comunicación, organización de eventos y funciones afines.
- Inglés y español avanzados, tanto verbal como escrito. Se valorará un idioma adicional.
- Experiência previa en el apoyo a iniciativas locales de comunicación.
- Se valorará positivamente la experiência en comunicación ejecutiva y en redes sociales.
- Participación previa en la planificación y ejecución de eventos.
- Familiaridad con las herramientas y el software de creación de contenidos y edición de vídeo.
- Colaboración demostrada con iniciativas de promoción de la cultura.
- Habilidades interpersonales: Gestión de las partes interesadas; colaboración interfuncional; adaptabilidad; atención al detalle; pensamiento creativo.
- Habilidades técnicas: Planificación y ejecución de eventos; creación de contenido; comunicación estratégica; gestión de crisis.
