ASUAN (Frontmatec group) is currently looking for a CFO with a unifying spirit and a strategic vision who can develop its team to meet the company's financial needs.
Reporting to the company's board, the incumbent will be responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and controlling the activities of the accounting and finance department.

**Role**:
Participate in the financial management of the company by setting strategic objectives.
Supervise and evaluate the employees under your responsibility and ensure their development.
Implement and monitor KPIs on a monthly basis and propose actions to improve the company's financial performance.
Analyze and communicate financial information to management to identify risks and opportunities.
Actively participate in the division's decisions by sitting on the Management Committee.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and oversee the year-end process in collaboration with the team.
Participate in continuously improving financial information, management processes, the optimization of the financial system, and other tools and reports.
Prepare and present the monthly financial information, analyze and explain variances in profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
Participate in developing the site's annual budget and monitor it during the year.
Carry out forecasts concerning the execution of projects in collaboration with the various actors involved.
Carry out cash flow forecasts, including project and general business cash flow.
Ensure compliance and follow-up of work in progress in collaboration with project managers.
Monitor and analyze the cost price of manufacturing operations.
Lead the Company tax planning opportunities.
Maintain the societary legal requirements for the entities under the Company.
Together with our external advisors, develop and review legal contracts with customers and suppliers.

ASUAN ( Frontmatec group), specializes in the design and manufacture of equipment for pork and beef processing plants in the international market. Their team designs, manufacture and integrate technologies of all complexities.

**Requisitos**:
BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field. CPA is a strong advantage
A Master’s degree in accounting, business accounting, finance, or MBA is a plus
Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, senior manager, or relevant role
Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
Five or more years of experience in leadership roles
Experience in executive or managerial financial roles in industrial environments.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations is a plus.
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills, coupled with a solid grasp of Power Query and Power BI, is a valuable asset for data analytics.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
