Lead Gen Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us reach out to potential clients and increase our customer base. This role involves identifying and contacting potential clients who meet our ideal customer profiles (ICPs). If you enjoy reaching out to people, understanding their needs, and setting up opportunities for sales, this might be the perfect role for you.
**Responsibilities**
- Generate Leads_
- Identify potential clients that fit our ideal customer profiles using provided lists and tools.
- Schedule appointments or calls between potential clients and our sales team.
- Data Management_
- Keep track of outreach efforts and responses using our customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Update client information in our database to ensure that sales teams have accurate and up-to-date information.
- Report on weekly activities and results to the supervising manager.
- Collaboration and Feedback_
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand better and refine our ideal customer profiles.
- Share insights and feedback from potential clients to help refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share effective techniques for engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Technical Skills_
- Experience with basic CRM software to log interactions and manage lead information.
- Basic understanding of lead generation principles and the sales process.
- Soft Skills_
- Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and engage potential clients.
- Organized and disciplined, capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining detailed records.
- Persistent and patient, comfortable with routine outreach and follow-ups.
- Mentality_
- Goal-oriented, focused on meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Open to feedback and willing to adapt techniques and approaches based on results.
