**Responsibilities**:
Global and Regional Project Delivery:

- Assist in global delivery across multiple projects.
- Take charge of regional project deliveries, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Partner & Team Management:

- Mentor the junior team members within your region.
- Act as a resource and provide guidance/training for other team members.
- Manage partner delivery for each assigned country, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with partners to understand their specific requirements and challenges and reflect the knowledge into each project.
- Work closely with the PM and SC Lead of each project and make sure all SC tasks are completed in accordance with the agreed processes and project timelines.

Accountability and Escalation:

- Be accountable for the handover of projects to Operations, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Act as the first point of escalation for partners, addressing issues and ensuring resolutions.
- Be accountable for the maintains of the Country guides by the Solution Consultant.

Expertise and Independence:

- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and experience in your discipline.
- Solve moderately complex issues independently, taking a new perspective on existing solutions.

Strategic Understanding:

- Requires expanded knowledge of the implementation methodology and the assigned GEO payroll setup.
- Understand the goals of the business and how your specialization integrates with others to support those goals.

Impact and Contribution:

- Impact the achievement of team objectives and the activities of related teams.
- Contribute to team objectives that may have an impact on the broader area or group.

Communication and Collaboration:

- Explain difficult and/or sensitive information.
- Work collaboratively to build consensus and may be a key point-of-contact to customers, partners and Operations.

**Qualifications**:
Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology).
- Experience in a payroll implementation or similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the relevant discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to solve moderately complex issues independently.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
