**Description & Qualifications**:
Description

The Implementation Consultant II will support EZCall project implementations in the following ways:

- Portray a positive, proactive, and professional work ethic to the customer and the people he or she interacts with on a daily basis. Creating and maintaining Customer Satisfaction and reference ability of customers is a primary goal for the position.
- Work remotely in a team environment to implement and support the UKG EZCall platform sold to customers.
- Consult and collaborate with internal resources and customers on system configuration, industry-specific features, and system processes and procedures
- Analyze customer configurations and think out of the box to build the EZCall framework and resolve issues.
- Analyze customer schedule data to understand requirements and how to build the best solution.
- Look to enhance the effectiveness of the position by instilling into the work environment efficiencies and tools that can be used to streamline the EZCall implementation build process.

**Qualifications**:
Basic Qualifications:

- BS/BA degree equivalent and a minimum of 2+ years of related work experience
- Minimum 1+ years in client-facing roles

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 Year of experience implementing software solutions
- Experience in implementing web-based technologies preferred
- Demonstrated communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to explain complex concepts
- Ability to multi-task and handle a heavy workload while maintaining organization
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, technical product knowledge, and strong attention to detail are critical
- Able to be self-sufficient/motivated but be able to work as part of a team
- Effective time management skills
