They are expected to train customers on using our technology, troubleshoot any potential issues, and excel in creative problem-solving, delivering high-quality implementations to match customer requirements.

Additional desirable skills:
- jQuery.- SQL.

We value previous experiences in customer service and technical support, as well as experience in front-end development.
