**IT Support Specialist**:
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data. You will also be required to advise on IT equipment upgrades.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-2 year/s experience specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Technical, logical thought process
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and delegate
**Responsibilities**:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Must have system administration background.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Supporting BPO environment is an advantage.
- Perform troubleshooting and provide a technical resolution regarding hardware and software issues
- Respond and resolve IT-related inquiries, requests, or concerns through a ticketing system.
- Update database records and process account creation for new hires, terminations, and other status changes in employees.
- Assist with the employee knowledge base and usability of software resources. This also involves updating and managing software documentation.
- Control consistency of internal IT systems and processes through audits.
- Run audits on licensing and software account management.
**Required Language(s)**:
- English / Spanish (bilingual)
