**Tasks**:

- Cross functional collaboration of all customer facing departments.
- Be the person focusing on a customer centric view for the whole company, customers come first.
- Strengthening customer relationships.
- Consumer advocate: train people in the best customer centric practices.
- Build top performing loyalty programs.

**Requirements**:

- 10 years of experience in customer centric roles, working in digital B2C products.
- Fluency in english.
- Strategic view, experience leading big teams.
- Be a people person, you will interact with the whole company.
