**Requisitos**
- Educación: Estudiante o recientemente egresado de Carreras Universitarias relacionadas Recursos Humanos, Administración o Finanzas.
- Experiência laboral: 1-3 años de experiência de trabajo en HR o atención al cliente.
- Idiomas: Nível avanzado en español y inglés
- Habilidades técnicas: Intermedio/Avanzado en Microsoft Office y SAP
- Habilidades blandas: Comunicar eficazmente tanto de forma oral como escrita, orientación al cliente, planificación y organización de prioridades
**Responsabilidades**
- Comprender el proceso de principio a fin, el impacto de su área y de otras.
- Negocio: Soporte a consultas de bajo grado nível de complejidad o impacto. Cumplir con nuestro SLA, garantizar la calidad del servicio. Soporte a controles auditoría. Comprensión y conocimiento profundos de las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, los cambios en el ciclo de vida de los empleados y los procesos de recursos humanos para poder brindar soporte. Saber cuándo escalar casos complejos la second level o líder.
- Innovación: Colaborar en proyectos locales, legales y globales. Colaborar con otros equipos en mejoras de procesos.
