Performs technical, mainly pre-defined tasks for accomplishing defined service delivery work for customer equipment.
- Realiza principalmente tareas técnicas predefinidas (por ejemplo, puesta en marcha básica de productos y sistemas, integración de componentes a un sistema, ingeniería básica, trabajos de mantenimiento) y paquetes de trabajo en el sitio y de forma remota.
- Brinda soporte al cliente de forma remota y en el sitio, y brinda soporte al usuario de segundo y tercer nível en caso de que surjan problemas.
- Coordina y logra operaciones de servicio definidas y/o resuelve problemas de producto para equipo de clientes.
- Apoya en la generación de oportunidades de ventas para ofertas de servicios predefinidos y contribuye a la planificación de actividades.
- Se adhiere a procesos definidos y regulaciones aplicables.
