Digital & Advocacy Lead - L´oréal

**La persona seleccionada será responsable de**:
**Advocacy**:
Colaborar con marketing en la estrategia, desarrollo y amplificación de plan de Advocacy y contenido de las marcas. Construcción del Brand Power.
Armar y definir la estrategia de influencers (Top, Macro y Micro) y key stakeholders (dermatólogos, Influencers y consumidores) para maximizar el alcance e impacto del UGC, incrementar el engagement y consolidar la comunidad de brand advocates.
Gestionar el Expert advocacy.
Desarrollar los ejes de contenido y calendario editorial de las Marcas. Analizar la performance owned & earned.
Desarrollar de la estrategia de Social commerce.
Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de reviews de los productos en nuestros sitios propios como en los sitios de e-retailers.
Gestionar las recomendaciones en base a conocimiento de consumidores, detección de insights y oportunidades. Seguimiento de marcas afines, referentes y competencia directa.
Gestionar el Customer Care.
Colaborar en Eventos de lanzamiento
**Digital**:
Analizar resultados y sugerencias para alcanzar los objetivos planteados en:
Search.
1st Party data.
Brand sites & Services (VTO).
SEO.
**RSE y Sustentabilidad**:
Desarrollar, ejecutar y realizar seguimiento de campañas de Brand Communication y RSE.
Brand causes (activaciones, eventos, comunicación).

**Requisitos**:

Se valora contar con experiência laboral en agencias de medios & marketing digital.
Se requiere contar con nível de inglés avanzado. (Excluyente).
