**The role we are offering you**:
Join our Community Portal team and succeed while helping to support and maintain the platform used by our airline customers to conduct their operations. Under general direction you will be deploying and operating production systems, designing, and building automation to ensure scalability and efficiency, developing tools and scripts using a variety of scripting languages as required for monitoring, deployment, and automation. Are you ready to:

- Attend and process incoming requests from both internal and external customers.
- Support cloud-based solutions by building and managing infrastructure in AWS.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and take actions and triage for customer faced systems.
- Exercise judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Participate in Change, Incident, Problem and Knowledge Management processes as well as on-call support.
- Use automation tools to build and update environments following the release management process.
- IT student, degree in Computer Science field preferred, or commensurate experience.
- Preferably, experience as a Systems Administrator/DevOps or Software Development.
- Basic Windows and Linux skills.
- Knowledge in Jasper Reports and SAP Business Objects administration are a big plus.
- Understanding of programming languages and scripting, preferably Bash, PowerShell and/or Python.
- AWS Cloud Formation Scripts or Terraform.
- Understanding of SDLC, patching, releases and software development at scale, Continuous Integration, and Delivery approaches.
- Understanding of networking, replication principles, and multi-datacenter operations.
- ITSM knowledge desired.
- Familiar with monitoring tools. Zabbix/CloudWatch/ELK knowledge is a plus.
- Advanced oral and written communication level in English.
- Good written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills including change management documentation, ability to communicate among technical and non-technical employees, and process orientation skills.
- Effective time management skills; able to set prioritized and be flexible in a changing environment.
- Ability to report and work accurately and according to agreed timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
