We are currently looking for a **Customer Implementation Specialist (CIS)** who will be responsible for the technical aspects of the POC process for our new product, Slingshot. The CIS is responsible for setting up client dashboards to showcase Slingshot capabilities, ensuring customers reach their goals with our product.

Critical to success is a passion for data analytics and technology, as well as experience interacting with clients and understanding their needs.

The CIS will participate in Product Team meetings where they will get in-depth knowledge of product features. They will build close partnerships with Developers, Product Managers, Product Support, Marketing and Sales. Collaboration, flexibility, responsiveness and a love for solving technical challenges is a must.

Collaboration and Flexibility

The prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues, ensuring customers quickly realize maximum value from Slingshot. The CIS must build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted advisor. The CIS must possess a strong understanding of collaboration and analytical technologies including collaboration and project management software, data visualization and analytics software, as well as account management expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Slingshot
- Own the technical side of customers' POC process
- Ability to demo Slingshot to new customers for their use case
- Provide new customers with tailored onboarding experiences based on information provided in sales hand-offs, including connecting to data sources and creating dashboards in Slingshot.
- Propose creative solutions to client’s executive sponsors such that critical success issues are proactively addressed.
- Possess strong presentation and communication skills.
- Resolve customer issues with the support of Support and Product teams
- Maintain expertise on industry trends/practices and competitive landscape.
- Ensure customer feedback is clearly captured and conveyed internally to enable ongoing improvement of Slingshot

**Qualifications**:

- Understanding of and familiarity with data analytics.
- Power user of data analytics tools and technologies.
- Ability to build dashboards and work with Business Intelligence tools
- Experience working with clients in SaaS or similar industry
- Experience in technical project implementation
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Ability to create and deliver informative, well-organized presentations
- Highly motivated and persistent self-started with track record of successful communication with all levels of employees in an organization
- Experience with project management tools is a plus
- Familiarity with SaaS-based systems like Salesforce, Dynamics, Google Analytics, Marketo, and HubSpot a plus.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Reveal, and Looker is a plus
- Familiarity with database technologies like SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, Snowflake, and REST is a plus.
