**OBJECTIVES**
The Client Support Team Lead will play an essential role in supporting Commercial Teams, clients, and partners with operational processes, and platform support, to excel in customer satisfaction and improve results for all segments of clients. The Team Leader must partner with different teams from EVCI and Meta to design, develop, and execute the Client Support’s services.
This role requires strong operational and interpersonal skills while also managing the planning of multiple projects at a time. Team leadership, team management, and communication skills are essential for this role.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design, define and execute the processes of the Client Support Unit.
- Support clients and partners operations in EVCI markets.
- Lead and develop the team to work effectively in line with the business needs.
- Deliver performance, attendance, and conduct conversations in accordance with Entravision Cisneros Interactive on behalf of Meta´s agreements.
- Assume any direct report job responsibilities as needed
- Lead projects or programs to improve our Support Strategy and Operations to optimize our processes.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5+ years of experience in operations, client support services for global platforms.
- People management skills, with both physical and remote teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in English and Spanish.
- Display an exceptional work ethic, strong interpersonal skills, adherence to company policies, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adjust focus as needed
