About the Role

At BESTSELLER, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments.
  • Notify the Fulfillment department of document expiration dates and cargo status.
  • Collaborate with Comex and Inventory & Fulfillment to monitor and improve the level of service for shipments.
  • Document incident causes to create quality performance reports.
  • Manage stock control and perform accurate refactoring.
  • Keep client Cardex up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Students of Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
  • Minimum one year of experience in similar positions.
