Your Profile:
  • Expert in rope work and composite materials with a strong background in blade repair.
  • Proven experience in working with fiber glass and carbon materials.
  • IRATA - SPRAT Level 1.2 or 3 certified.
  • Skilled in handling hazardous materials and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented and team player with excellent time management skills.
  • Basic English language proficiency with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent in the Spanish language.

Your Tasks:

  • Execute inspections and blade repairs primarily in Uruguay, with occasional support in the LATAM region.
  • Repair, inspect, measure, and clean blades to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with the manufacturer's maintenance plan.
  • Prepare and submit reports on completed tasks.
  • Guarantee the effective and efficient execution of tasks, integrating operational, quality, safety, and environmental aspects.
  • Supervise contractor activities as needed.
