Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue increase.
- Regular communication with key accounts to monitor the health of the account and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that meet the needs of both parties.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP Next or similar application.
- Experience with a ticketing system.
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM).
- Flexible, independent, and able to work in a team.
- Able to process design with maximum automation.
