About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Key Account Manager, where you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement strategic account plans that drive business growth and revenue increase.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and revenue increase.
- Relationship Building: Regular communication with key accounts to monitor the health of the account and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that meet the needs of both parties.
- Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting on key account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to management and internal stakeholders.
- Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and communications with key accounts in CRM systems or databases.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP Next or similar application.
- Experience with a ticketing system.
- Experience in e-commerce.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLM).
- Flexible, independent, and able to work in a team.
- Able to process design with maximum automation.
