World Business Lenders, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Valuation Specialist to join our Valuation Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting appraisal-related market data through internal and external sources.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate appraisals, excellent research skills, and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with services like Costar, LoopNet, and DataTree is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research local real estate markets and identify sales and rental data
  • Assist appraisers with valuation assignments
  • Review inspection reports for quality and accuracy
  • Manage workflow and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Develop internal valuations for small to medium-sized businesses
  • Collaborate with analysts to complete valuation assignments
Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in real estate appraisals or banking
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a risk management or valuation environment
  • Registered and sworn valuer
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams
