We are looking for a **Compliance Specialist** to join our company.

**What you will be doing**
- Lead and execute KYC processes across all industries we operate in (main responsibility of the role).
- Manage and respond to compliance related requests (KYs received by us from counterparties, for example).
- Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies applicable to the organization’s operations.
- Conduct internal reviews to detect and prevent potential compliance risks.
- Provide guidance to internal teams on compliance and risk-related matters.
- Assist in the development and continuous improvement of compliance programs and procedures.
- Document compliance activities and follow up on corrective actions when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory or KY's roles (not a junior profile).
- Previous experience in fintechs, payments, or technology-driven financial environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Languages: English (advanced).
- Nice to have: Portuguese.
