**Responsabilities**:

- Assist in managing administrative tasks including timesheet approvals and scheduling meetings.
- Manage staff augmentation, project-based, and managed service engagements to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Manage internal projects, providing leadership and support to team members, including those unassigned to projects.
- Organize and schedule internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the project team and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or project support role.
- Excellent conversational and written English skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the project management field.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
