Embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. - Ability to clearly document and explain symptoms and solutions to complex problems. **In addition to the following technical skills**: - Good knowledge of the AWS Cloud (AWS certifications are a plus) - Knowledge of Azure pipelines. - Experience with IaC tools (Terraform / AWS cloud formation) - Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible and Rundeck preferred). - Experience with containers and orchestration engines is a plus. - Basic understanding of networking, replication principles, and multi-datacenter operations. - Good understanding of ITSM process, ITIL practices & other standard IT practices/procedures, particularly as they relate to the cloud. - Advanced knowledge in Operating systems, both Unix and Windows based. - Bash and Powershell scripting. **Additional (optional) skills**: - Cirix Xenapp - Messaging infrastructure (IBM MQ, RabbitMQ, Amazon MQ, etc.) - Managed file transfer solutions. - SQL/Oracle DB engines and technologies (Relational, MultiValue, etc.). - Experience with Networking analysis and debugging tools (wireshark, tcpdump, fiddler, etc.). - Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, CloudWatch, appdynamics, etc.). - General network knowledge, replication techniques, multi-datacenter operations. - Windows Active Directory / Redhat Identity Management. - Windows / Unix patching (WSUS / Satellite). - Remote script execution (via SSH or WINRM). - AWS SES / SMTP / postfix. **CAE offers**: - an environment where your initiatives will be recognized and valued. - the opportunity to travel internationally. - the opportunity to work on a variety of projects on a multidisciplinary team. - the opportunity to represent the organization at external conventions and conferences. - the possibility to work from home occasionally. - flexible schedules. - attractive employee benefits.
