Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Brand Manager para liderar el desarrollo, posicionamiento y crecimiento de una marca deportiva internacional de primer nível. El rol tendrá como misión asegurar la coherencia con lineamientos globales, impulsar la estrategia comercial y de marketing, y maximizar la rentabilidad y preferencia de los consumidores en el mercado local.
Principales responsabilidades
- Definir e implementar la estrategia de marca.
- Desarrollar campañas de marketing 360° y acciones de trade marketing.
- Gestionar surtido, pricing, promociones y visual merchandising.
- Coordinar con equipos internos y externos para una ejecución eficiente.
- Administrar presupuesto y analizar indicadores clave de performance.
- Detectar oportunidades de innovación y tendencias de mercado.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación universitaria en Marketing, Administración o afines.
- Experiência de 3 a 5 años en gestión de marcas (retail, moda, deportes o consumo masivo).
- Conocimientos en marketing digital, trade marketing y gestión de producto.
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado. (Deseable)
- Pasión por el mundo deportivo/outdoor y visión estratégica.
