What The Role Is
In addition, the B2C Manager will also be responsible for PR, Design, Social Media and Partnerships.
The individual will define the region marketing strategy and will lead the execution until hitting revenue targets
What to Expect
Be the owner and accountable for the company revenue coming from the region market target audience
Focus on driving accommodation revenue via the web and app through Social media, CRM, PPC, in addition to PR, partnerships, etc.
Track and Ensure F&B brand and revenue growth in the country (secondary focus)
Manage and lead the social media team for the hub - hit engagement/reach KPIs
Work and manage a local PR firm to boost awareness for the brand among our target audience
Manage a team of designers, content creation and other marketing assets that will be produced for the Hub’s (B2C and B2B) requirements, under the global Brand guidelines
Own the marketing budget and hit target revenue
Manage social media for the region to enhance and ecosystem the Selina experience, programming, events, etc.
Invest in every step of the funnel, from awareness to performance, on and off-line
Highly experienced in the ABC market; know their travel patterns, seasons, holidays, special days, trends, popular platforms and booking behavior
Write marketing briefs for all marketing channels, hands on
Analyze the marketing campaigns on different channels (social, search, display, crm, funnel analysis, etc.) and set goals to reach the KPIs
Build a marketing strategy and execution for the region market; end-to-end, through setting the goals, writing the briefs for every channel, with details on target audience, budget, messaging and offers
Work together with the P&L owner to hit their targets, both for high and low performing destinations
Work closely with the global marketing department, following their guidelines on how to execute and measure local marketing campaigns to drive revenue
What Do You Need For The Role
5-10 Years of experience as an online and offline marketing manager in a high pace, global goal-oriented environment
Strong familiarity with the target audience
**Strong understanding with digital marketing domains**: PPC, CRM, SEO, Content Marketing
Deep understanding of social media.
Experience workings on managing PR agencies.
Experience in develop and manage PR and Social Media plans
Experience in design and creative campaigns development
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into tangible recommendations and actionable insights - must
Proven results in creating & optimizing digital marketing campaigns
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Able to multitask & prioritize among many competing needs in a fast-paced, fluid environment, and ensure delivery dates are met
A creative, out-of-the-box thinker, problem solver with a strong sense of details
Experience in working with digital marketing tools (e.g Google analytics)
Intermediate knowledge of Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, etc)
Fluent in English - Must
Relevant work experience and familiarity with the ABC market
Familiarity with the travel industry - an advantage
Strong communication skills
