**Sales Representative **(Remote, Commission-Based)

Wolsen Real Estate is searching for a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Representative to spearhead our client engagement efforts remotely. This role is purely commission-based and perfect for confident communicators ready to thrive in the real estate world. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Engagement**:

- Work closely with property owners to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
- Persuasively communicate the benefits of choosing our agency for their property transactions.

**Sales Strategy Development**:

- Develop innovative strategies to convince property owners to list their properties with our agency.
- Implement effective sales tactics to achieve and exceed sales goals.

**Cold Calls**:

- Proactively make outgoing calls to property owners to generate new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage prospects, qualify leads, and determine the potential for conversion.
- Possess resilience and a positive attitude to handle potential rejection and navigate challenging conversations.
- Showcase the ability to articulate the unique value propositions of our agency and services during cold calls.
- Exhibit effective listening skills to understand the property owner's needs and tailor the conversation accordingly.

**Sales Support**:

- Maintain and update a comprehensive lead generation database.
- Provide timely and accurate information to management regarding sales activities and progress.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in telesales or appointment setting, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Strong organizational skills, with proficiency in CRM software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a telesales or appointment-setting role.

**Position Perks**:

**Earnings Potential**:

- Year 1 OTE: $70k, Year 2 OTE: $200k+, all depending on your appointment-setting success.
