The **IT Sales Assistant **will be tasked with ensuring customer projects, meet required timelines and milestones, to ensure customer success. In this role, you will anticipate resourcing bottlenecks and balance the project needs versus technical constraints.
- Manage and optimize the staffing performance
- Lead daily, weekly and monthly meetings with key stakeholders and team members
- Maintain good relations with existing customers, act as a point of contact to the customers ensuring projects meet required timelines and milestone
- Identify stakeholder expectations, conduct meetings, request feedback, and review processes to understand customer/project needs
- Engage regularly with the management group to proactively improve resourcing processes
- Fluency in English C1-Advanced (Must have)
