**What you'll do**:

- Responsible for work with customers in project planning operations

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Focal point of the assigned customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deal with complains or escalations of Technical Support issues
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and Budget
- Organize and plan project tasks and schedules coordinating the execution with development team and corresponding Software Development Manager
- Project Kickoff organization if required
- Monitor project progress
- Analyze and manage projects risks
- Communicate Project status to stakeholders and key project participants
- Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
- Work with Business Analyst to analyze requirements and estimates
- Create project status reports
- Ensuring project automated delivery
- Supervise homologation
- Supervise compliance mandates being done by Business Analyst under his umbrella
- Participate in the weekly follow up sessions with customers
- On call support

**What qualifications will you need to be successful?**:

- Work experience - at least 5 years
- Payment Industry experience
- English
- Portuguese (desired)
- Oracle SQL
- Unix/Linux
- Agile Methodology
- Cobol (desired)
- Java (desired)
- Ansi C /C ++ (desired)
- Jira / Bitbucket / Jenkins (desired)
- Spring batch / Jberet (desired)
- Cloud Services (desired)

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Software development best practices
- Positive. Collaborative. Independent.
- Capable of multitasking. Willing to learn.
- Capacity to trouble shoot and getting involved with corporate teams for identifying in the shortest time improvements.
- Experience dealing with different cultures and in different time zones.
- Willing to change the status quo.
