Main responsibilities:

- Workforce Planning activities for the local Delivery Unit, working along the Local Leadership Team.
- Preparing and maintaining various reports (including developing, implementing, and managing reporting cycle calendars, gathering, and challenging the quality of the data)
- Tracking and maintaining information accuracy (including implementing guidelines, procedures, and templates
- Modelling and managing high volume of data about resource planning.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Mandatory skills:

- Good numeracy
- Analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Proactive attitude
- Proficiency in working with Excel and Power BI
- Very good communication and presentation skills in interacting with internal stakeholders
- Process-oriented/system thinking
- English skill intermediate/advance
