About the team

About the position

In this role you will partner with the Pilot Plant leadership team, and provide support to team leaders and supervisors. You will guide, coach and consult on all matters related to people, culture, performance, teaming and leadership. You play across the whole spectrum of people processes and initiatives and ensure we deliver an exceptional employee experience. You shape our people strategy with the insights and requirements you gain from your trusting relationships with your stakeholders.

Location

Zonamerica, Montevideo (Uruguay).

**Responsibilities**:
Define and implement people strategies and initiatives aligned with our global mission and culture, that will support the attraction and retention of top talent

Support our HR Operations team in driving the definition and set-up of efficient HR processes along the entire hire-to-retire lifecycle, based on suitable digital HR technology and analytics

Be a champion of our culture and foster Satellogic’s ethos through this rapid growth and expansion phase - Partner with our Recruiting team and support People Managers in hiring excellent Talent to their teams, that will continue to enrich our culture

Ensure implementation of locally compliant policies and procedures that will guarantee a safe and inclusive workplace for our diverse employee population

Guide and support people and team leaders on decisions around rewards and compensation for their employees

Contribute to learning & development activities and guide people leaders in building impactful development plans and learning journeys for their team members

Partner with HR Operations team in supporting people leaders in creating an excellent onboarding experience - follow-up on new hires and assess their experience and role-fit as they ramp-up into a new role

**Requisitos**:
Experience and skills

7+ years of experience in Human Resources Management or related field, ideally in a broader HR generalist profile

Track record of coaching, mentoring, growing high-performing teams, experience in organizational development and design and employee engagement

Well-versed in Uruguayan employment law as well as across matters related to employee and labor relations

Excellent communication and relationship building skills, ability to coach and resolve conflicts/ navigate difficult conversations

Demonstrated results in implementing HR processes and initiatives and high affinity to HR tech, digitalization and automation of HR processes and documentation, as well as a passion for HR analytics

Excellent execution, and follow-through skills paired with high accountability and a “hands-on” mentality are a must

Capacity to operate effectively in a multidisciplinary / multicultural environment and to build strong working relationships with a remote/ globally distributed team.

Ability to learn and adapt to evolving requirements, purpose driven and ready to step outside the personal comfort zone

Spanish is a mandatory requirement - our global company language is English, so excellent English skills are essential.
