The Intern Client Services Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the completion of the tasks required to approach a hotel or chain of hotels to GDS and provide continuous maintenance according
RESPONSIBITIES:
- Meeting & maintaining the defined average duration SLA's for every queue
- Maintaining relationships with customers and vendors
- Maintaining relationships with internal departments
- Attending required cross departmental ongoing meetings
- Providing daily updates to supervisor
- Support coverage of the assigned team mailbox
- Staying up to date with all new releases, functionality, SOPs, HS strategy and initiatives
**Job Requirements**:
- Advanced English both written and verbal
- Strong planning and organizational skills combined with excellent time management
- Tech oriented person.
- Advanced excel skills
- Attention to detail and ownership of results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to troubleshoot, research & resolve issues to customers satisfaction
- Hospitality/Distribution and Revenue/Reservations management a plus
- Experience with Synxis products is a plus
