**Responsibilities**:
The Partner Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementing marketing plans and promotions to
increase Preferred Suppliers revenue, exposure, awareness and education. This includes, communication with
partners on deadlines, collection of partner marketing and events assets and invoicing completed tactics. In
addition, the partner marketing coordinator, will assist in departmental duties, such as invoicing, preparing
service-related documents such as meeting agendas, event reports, sponsorship fulfillment, and other partner
communications and correspondence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Concise communication with travel partners on marketing and events deadlines, specs and asset
delivery.
- Gather product/promotion details and creative assets from partners according to specific marketing
tactics and deadlines.
- Work with external creative team to ensure all scheduled marketing tactics deploy on time and as
scheduled.
- Review marketing tactics and suggest improvements as well as communication methods.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure maximum partner engagement.
- Create and prepare onsite materials for partner sponsorship fulfilment at meetings and events.
- Help in the creation of mid-year and year-end partner recaps and KPI measurements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly partner revenue projections.
- Invoice partner marketing tactics including events.
- Update 2024 Partner Marketing Calendar as tactics are executed and or rescheduled.
- May include other departmental administrative or operational tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Tourism, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 2+ years post-college marketing experience.
- Travel may be required to company events and meetings.
- Self-motivated with the strong initiative to work independently.
- Ability to work in a deadline oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be extremely organized and able to work on many programs simultaneously.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Effective communication and/or sales skills with a variety of audiences.
- Team Player.
- Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, word processing, database and spreadsheet software.
- Experience in the travel and/or tourism industry a plus.
- Experience in Account Management/Ad Agency is a plus
