About the Team:
As a Cloud Operations Specialist you will work directly with the Tenant Management Operations team. This team’s function is to provision, test, document, and troubleshoot the Pro and Pro Workforce Management product offerings for our customers and internal stakeholders.
About the Role:
- Installs, tests, documents, and troubleshoots Workforce Dimensions Application
- Delivers managed service offerings to Workforce Dimensions customers requiring ongoing support
- Delivery of the product offered by the organization
- Communicates effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals at various levels of customer organizations as well as internally.
- Uses consultative techniques and skills in their consulting services delivery.
- Basic knowledge of SSO and SFTP is required.
- Adhering to UKG best practices and guide the team to follow the same.
- Will be responsible for maintaining SLAs for the provision of the product

Basic Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of Windows OS
- Strong English verbal and written communication
- Need to be comfortable working 11:00am-8:00pm UY
- Basic knowledge of Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Excel
- Basic Python
- SQL
- Public Cloud
- Ability to multitask
