**Just Appraised **is looking for a **Product Support / Technical Configuration Specialist** to join their remote international team, capitalizing on true diversity of thought and innovation. The Product Support / Technical Configuration Specialist will work closely with the Customer Success team to implement successful product configuration, inclusive of training and development. This work is high impact; every day you will make a difference in our client’s ability to be more productive and efficient.
**Day to day responsibilities include**:
- Working closely with the Customer Success team to understand customer needs and translate these needs into a successful product configuration
- Owning all technical configuration work associated with onboarding new customers
- Making product configuration changes on an ongoing basis to ensure customer needs are being met
- Providing ongoing customer training and support through:
- Investigating complex customer questions and issues
- Tracing data flows between systems
- Debugging JavaScript functions
- Reporting bugs to engineering team
- Proposing new customer processes
**On your resume, we ask that you outline the following**:
- How you have worked as part of a technical customer service team
- How you handled configurations with onboarding new clients in the past
- Your experience with JSON, Python & version control tools like Git
- Bachelor’s Degree (or similar) in Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology
- Your fluency with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Your proficiency with data structures, databases, SQL
- Your fluency in English
