Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Contracts Pricing Administrator who would be responsible for the translation of contract agreements / pricing into SAP. The Pricing Administrator is responsible for pricing the contract and supporting the billing team over the entire Contract life-cycle - pricing, creating sales orders, billing, accounting and outputs. Pricing of contracts will vary in size and complexity. Additionally, this person will be responsible for partnering with Billing, Business Units and Corporate IT teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Translation of contract agreements and documents to pricing agreements in SAP- Maintain accurate records for pricing conditions & billing / revenue related data attributes- Maintain and manage appropriate statuses for contracts to ensure accurate reporting- Update milestones, billing plans, pricing conditions, schedule lines and notifications in the SAP contract- Assist Billing team with pricing validation during monthly invoice and revenue cycles- Additionally review and updates critical master data like profit centers, GL accounts, DIP profiles, list prices and RA keys with collaboration with Corp IT- Day to day process - Reading contracts and pricing them in SAP critical to billing. Need to follow steps to process.

Required Experience and/or Education:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years job-related experience- 2+ years Contract pricing experience required- SAP SD & FI experience required- Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal).- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers- Strong organization skills with attention to detail with multiple priorities- Ability to retain a good attitude even when under pressure

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of commercial contracts, administration of license agreements and renewals- Contract Compliance: Maintains contract requirements specifically related to customer pricing
